Reserved Seating for Groups

Planning to gather a larger group at Mac Market? Reserved Seating gives you a guaranteed place to meet while still enjoying the lively, shared atmosphere of the market. This option is perfect for work outings, school groups, team celebrations, and social clubs who want to sit together without booking a private event.

How it works

Reserved Seating secures a designated area within our shared seating spaces so your group can arrive and settle in together. Mac Market remains open to the public during your visit, and your group orders directly from vendors just like any other guest. Think of it as space coordination, not a private event.

Group size

Reserved Seating is available for groups of 20–50 guests (60 max when weather permits outdoor usage)

Pricing

20–34 guests

  • $50 per hour reservation fee

  • $250 per hour food & beverage minimum across vendors

35–50/60 guests

  • $100 per hour reservation fee

  • $250 per hour food & beverage minimum across vendors

What’s included

  • Vendor awareness for high-volume ordering

Depending on availability, your group will be placed on either a portion of the main floor, the mezzanine (stairs access only), the patio, or the Airstream Annex.

What’s not included

Reserved Seating does not include:

  • Private or closed-off space

  • Event staffing or table service

  • Custom setup, décor, or dedicated host

  • Removal of other guests from nearby seating

What guests should expect

Mac Market is a self-service environment. During your visit, we ask that your group:

  • Orders directly from vendors

  • Buses tables and disposes of waste

  • Returns any moved furniture to its original layout
