Q: so, like, what is this place?
A: Since 2019, Mac Market’s purpose has always been to bring people together over food and drink. From food carts to movie nights, pop-up markets to opera—this place has hosted the gamut of ventures. After years of surviving the pandemic and workshopping ALL THE THINGS, it has settled into a collective of small, like-minded businesses that deliver amazing food, drink, and goods to this wonderful community.
Q: where is mac mkt located?
A: On the corner of NE Alpine Ave. and NE 11th Way in the developing Granary District of McMinnville, OR. Alpine Ave. runs parallel to Lafayette Ave. between 8th and 14th streets. Yep, it’s a little tucked away but worth seeking out!
Q: where can i park?
A: Street parking is available on NE Alpine Ave. and NE 11th Way. Because parking is limited, we encourage carpooling, biking and walking. The bicycle rack was fabricated by Mac High School’s welding club!
Q: are pets allowed at Mac Market?
A: Pet are allowed in outside areas only including the exterior mezzanine and patio. Service animals are permitted inside.
Q: can i bring outside food/drink?
A: No. Please support the food and drink businesses located inside Mac Market.
Q: where are the bathrooms?
A: Public restrooms are located at the northeast corner of Mac Market—hang a right at Wellspent Market.
Q: Can I book a private event in the ivy room?
A: Yes! Check out your options here and then inquire about your event.
Q: what did the mac mkt building used to be?
A: Huberd Shoe Grease was once manufactured here in the 1920s. Made from pine tar and beeswax, this leather protectant was a favorite among lumberjacks in the PNW.
Q: Where can I use my mac mkt gift card?
A: Mac Market gift cards are redeemable at Hayward restaurant and bar.

A: Mac Market no longer offers an all-in-one gift card but each business independently sells gift cards:

Q: where did the airstream come from?
A: The owners of Mac Market called the Airstream, now located in Sustainable Rituals, home for two years while living on the road. It was on this adventure that they started coming through McMinnville and fell in love with the community, eventually settling down here.
Q: Is the honey pie at mac mkt the same as the newberg one?
A: Yep! They have since closed the Newberg location but it’s the same pie :)
Q: are bodhi bakery pastries/bread fresh daily?
A: Yes, everything is made at their production kitchen in Albany and delivered every day to Mac Market.
Q: when does even pull farm restock the veggie cooler?
A: EOD Tuesdays and Thursdays inside Wellspent Market.
Q: where can i get the tahini cookie?
A: Chef Kari’s famous tahini cookie is available at Hayward for “Little Lunch” Wed-Sat, 11am-2pm.
